Meet Our Physicians
Dr. Matthew Cameron Rumsey is a Family Medicine Specialist. He graduated from Pawhuska High School before completing a residency at University of Missouri Hospital and graduating with honors from University of South Dakota School of Medicine in 2011. With more than 8 years of diverse experience, especially in family medicine, he serves the Pawhuska not only as a family doctor but as Chief Medical Director of Pawhuska Hospital Inc. He is very active in the community as well as high school sports.
Heather Arrington graduated from Morris High School before obtaining her nursing degree from Oklahoma State Institute of Technology in 2010. She worked as an RN at Saint Francis Main Hospital for 7 years. While working she obtained her bachelor’s degree from Northern State University and her master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University in 2018. Heather lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she enjoys basketball, Chief’s football, cooking, and her two Golden Retrievers, Moose and Millie.
Our physicals are a complete workup of each patient, ensuring they are fit for everyday activities and/or athletic exertion.
We offer a myriad of women’s health services, including annual checkups, pap smears, breast exams, and prescribing birth control.
We offer well-child checks to evaluate our littlest patients and ensure they’re on the right track to grow into healthy adults.
